Hey, It seems that you've misunderstood this situation. To clear this up; us moderators/staff don't take reports from playerservers as in; hacking or being toxic etc... This should be understandable since the owner/staff (of the playerserver) itself should punish the player. You should definetly report this to the staff of the PS unless it has already been taken care of. Sorry for the late response and thank you for reading.
