There is a Glitch with commandblocks where you could use a commandblock to do /ban <owner> And the owner Will Get Banned! I have tried this multiple times and it always works! Please fix this bug this makes it easier for Griefing to happen on Player Servers! Thank you

THIS SAME THING HAPPEND TO ME ON MY PLAYER SERVER!!!!!! SOMEONE SET UP LIKE 10 COMMAND BLOCKS AND BANNED ME, luckily my bff was there and unbanned me. he also griefed my server STAFF PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH!

This is not a bug or a glitch. However I know this tactic has been used many times by players to destroy or take over player servers. You are responsible for who you make operator on your server and what they do. But a way to fix it would be to go to the dashboard (https://cubedcraft.com/dashboard) and disable command blocks from there.
