I created a server called ElementalWorld2 and can not use all the commands. It also says I am not owner.
 

When you go to "My Server" you can reset the op's. Someone with op had problapy de-opped you. 
This way you can remove everyone who had OP and when you log on again you'll be auto-opped.
You can also try restarting your playerserver by doing /restart.
