Allow players to download and import other plugins into plugins folder. Would really appreciate it

MVP players are now available to create a extra server on a special node with full FTP Access.
Important to note that users will only be allowed to make it a normal server, not allowed to test exploits or make resource leaks any attempt will result become server being suspended
The mvp players who create a server on this will accept there is a chance of loss of server and that the node may be down multiple times a day to perform development updates
