After players reporting people for swearing, I think i should lay out when you should report it on forums.

Stage 1: Using a stand-alone swear word such as

Swear Words: Do not view if you are sensitive to this.
Should not be reported on forums, If a staff is in-game at the time they will deal with it, Don't bother staff in-game to punish this level of severity either.

Stage 2: Directing a negative comment at a player that contains swear words should not be reported on forums, But you can chase staff up.
Examples:

Negative Chat Sentences: Do not view if you are sensitive to this.

Stage 3: Any speech that contains racist, sexist, and excessive swearing is disallowed and should be reported on forums.
Due to how severe this can get, I am not posting any examples for this stage.

I hope this cleared up when you should report a player for swearing/chat offences.
