Extra: About a week ago, joycen asked me to fix his ranks system; which I did. A few days later he messaged me while I was afk 'The rank system is broken' I told him I was busy, he continued and said he would only stop if I fixed it. This is the fourth time (including the time I did fix it) that he messaged me.

Also I would like to say this isn't his first report. He was reported for spamming his ps.
