2 reasons I don't think this is a good idea:
Most of the reviews are 1 or 2 star, surely that is for a reason, did you research this plugin before you suggested it?
Secondly, this plugin will most likely screw over the CubedCore for stuff like automatic shutdown.
I really like the concept of the plugin but I don't think it'll work.

I don’t think thats a good idea, you can make a Skript that disables the command or disallow players to use the command by disabling their permission in a world (I suggest you LuckPerms)
