A way to separate plugins per world.

Players can install PerWorldPlugins on their server. But they cannot manage it. After installing the plugin, you can ask staff what plugins to separate per world. You can either create a ticket or create a channel called #pwpluginrequests which you can ask what plugins to separate per world.

Simplify:
Basically per world plugins but its managed by CubedCraft staff.
