On ban appeals and staff applications form, make a process bar at the top so you can find the process of your submission. Examples are like this:
Ban Appeals - Submitted > Viewed > Updated
Staff Applications - Submitted > Viewed > Discussed/Discussing > Updated
Would be quite nice I guess :p
