Modded, Vanilla, Spigot or Spigot and Modded

Well, the title says. When you create a server, I think you should have an option to use modded, vanilla or spigot. It will make it more fun to play with friends. Vanilla is no mods or no plugins, Spigot is with plugins, and Mods is modded minecraft.
If modded will not be added, you should be able to chose from Vanilla or Spigot at least.
