CommandPanels is a useful GUI manager plugin, you can edit the GUI inside of Minecraft and it will autosave it, and it's a lot easier than DeluxeMenus

I wanted to add that, you can check your GUI live (For example if your GUI is open and reload the panels, it will update your GUI without closing it) and it has cool animations to make

You can script a GUI, but you cannot make an editor for it, you need addons. Also, u can't script a custom item model, you need addons. You can't script a live GUI (When you reload it updates the GUI without closing it).
