Add a quest system for survival where there would be several categories of these quests. For example, there would be a category where you would have to bring ores, blocks of a particular item. And the player could choose the difficulty level of this quest easy , difficult, impossible to complete. For completing the quest the player would get money or rare items depending on the difficulty of the quest.
Sample Quest:
Bring me blocks of gold. You will get a reward for bringing the items.
Difficulty levels:
easy bring 32-64 blocks of gold. Reward $20-$100.
difficult bring 64-128 blocks of gold. Reward $100-200
impossible to complete 256-2048 blocks of gold. Reward $200-$500, at this level you could get rare items.
The number of items to bring would be drawn at random from the given range. Just as the reward would be randomized from the given range,the rare item would depend on what kind of item it is.
yes it is true. it is dead by the fact that every player already has the best items and built base and many players have nothing to do. The best thing that can be done is a new edition and add some novelties
