Hey!
So I'm currently making a prison server and I would like to suggest the PrisonUtils plugin. This plugin will allow for fortune to affect normal blocks (and other things but this is the one I want the most.) I know a lot about prison servers and know this is a necessity. If you could consider it, I would be very grateful.
