You know the glitch with ViaVersion when things render incorrect. For example doors and fences.
To fix this just go to the ViaVersion Config and change this option: "serverside-blockconnections: false" to "serverside-blockconnections: true"
Basically just make it true :)
Please do this in the lobby any dev or Partydragen :)
