Hello,
I have seen many PlayerServers breaking the EULA and this is the solution to stop that.
What about adding a [Confirm] button so on a popup it says "Before creating your server, you must confirm that you have read and accepted Mojang's EULA. Please click confirm once you have done this." So then if servers break the EULA after pressing that confirm button, they can be punished and they can't say "Oh well I didn't even agree to the EULA."
