Greetings,
There have recently been some issues regarding cheaters and rule-breakers. Because of this, I am suggesting to give builders some basic moderator permissions as in case no moderators or administrators are online or able to get online.
This change might not affect Trial-Builders as much though, but there are 5 moderators and 5 builders currently on the team, HTCS is pretty active, but not always, same with Supercrafter. In the case of the other moderators, they're not online that much to take on every rule-breaker.
Whilst on the build-team we have me and Viagrin that are online a lot, Pronounciation is online at US times.
The administrators aren't online so often, but sometimes they're online for the whole day.
