Staff of the month would be held by Administrators, they have to select the most active, the most punishments given, most reports handled etc. Once they have been selected, it is posted in #announcements or whatever and we need to vote who and why. Whoever gets the most votes can win a prize or something (I don't know what). It would be good for the person earning the award so they know they are doing the right job and it would also be good for the ones not receiving the award as they know they should improve.
