Remove global commands from PlayerServers

Extending DebitCardz's suggestion, there shouldn't be a reason that if we do /vote in PlayerServers then it would lead us to the CubedCraft website. Instead, remove the CubedCraft from /vote and other global commands from PlayerServers.

I agree with this aslong as we keep /msg and the other commands that go with that aswell as a way to toggle guild chat (maybe /gchat)

I was also thinking of turning messaging to /gmsg (global message) and have PlayerServers get their own /msg

I do not see a reason for Player Servers to have their own message.
