The idea is quite simple really:
You can purchase a shrug cosmetic that gives you the permission to do /shrug that makes the player say "¯\_(ツ)_/¯", maybe buying it with points or getting permission to use it by buying a rank.
You would be able to use this on all of the Cubed games and in the lobby, it would make the chat more lively and people will like it, its also very easy to make and if someone wants to get it, they need to buy it with points (which encourages voting), or they would need to buy a rank (encouraging rank purchases).
Overall, I and some other people I could name, would be really happy if this existed, it would make chat more lively like I said and conversations would be more fun!

Good idea, there should be a cooldown for /shrug too so people don't spam it, other than that, it's a good idea.

Ok so working with OnePunchOnline with this. The /shrug command would basically make the player say the "¯\_(ツ)_/¯" so all spam filters would apply.

I think that they are both good ideas, maybe add both, still, unlocking them would be cool.
