on kitpvp when you use the paladin kit there should be like a bossbar/indicator for when you get the regen effect like either a bossbar that counts down from 30 to 0 or action bar or just the xp bar ( but then u can use the xp to combine stuff cuz u really can't get enough xp to combine without it)
