i wouldnt call it abuse i would just call it not doing their job i have a picture of what the person said and the staff member roysland didnt say anything to this player that was swearing and saying f your mum and all of that i dont want this person to be demoted i just want a higher staff member to talk to her/him so then they can understand that this is not acceptable
