Basically you hold a poll and players vote for the best server. The "server of the week" is put in server select in lobby? Idk just a random idea I had. For example the server of the week could change every sunday, and you hold a poll from monday to sat deciding what the next server of the week should be.

Don't say something like "it costs too much to get developers" because you can use discord to make the poll, or spend around 30 minutes making a plugin for it.
