There is still 50% to many channels!!! With is staff channels included

Just remove the staff channels Partydragen. And remove #off-topic, the discord server is dead so its no problem when people are doing off-topic stuff in #general.

I'm not banned here! Hey everyone, also about the suggestion is that it will be cool as Jero & Iron have said, why not combine #off-topic with #general? Since everyone talks non-related stuff in General.
