Allow Dropping of Non-Kit Items

Allow the option to drop items that are not from kits, like ender pearls and potions, you could also make non-kit items drop on death like gaps, god apples, rods, keys and most mystery drop items

I assume this is a kitpvp suggestion - maybe instead add a customizable item filter for what you can and cannot drop or pickup.
