First of all, please make separate suggestions for plugins. Not have multiple in one.
Other than that the ItemEdit plugin seems interesting, I'll consider it. Skript however likely isn't happening soon (sorry). It requires patching (modifying the source code to remove security vulnerabilities and then building it ourselves) which takes a lot of time and effort to do. Time we currently don't have due to circumstances.
