At least add a way for people to get their plugins verified by the devs instead of having to go through this long ass process of submitting a suggestion and waiting for people to vote
Like the process to get a plugin that's not already there is such a pain in the ass, and there's a lot of plugins that I would really like, and I'm not tryina do this with about 20 plugins that I really need to make a decent server.
Also with the current system, nothing gets added because either the plugin suggestions get buried under everything else or the mods are just lazy
ALSO if I want I plugin for my server why should everyone have to vote on it, if I need a plugin that's none of their business, if it gets added it won't do anything to them except give them more options
If we cant have our own plugins at least improve the system.
I'm just saying there should be a more personal system to getting your plugins implemented instead of doing a whole vote thing, like talking 1 on 1 with a mod, or sending the recommendations straight to devs without having to go through the whole process.

The plugin verification process isn't as easy as you think. Devs need to make sure no security risk just like what you said, and something else such as memory leak that might aswell damage the network. Devs have something to do, that's why players vote for plugins to be added, so devs can spend their time on something that worth the time.

If you think the plugin verification process is annoying, I recommend you to learn Skript. If you enjoy making your own server, I guess you are going to enjoy coding your own games as well.
