Sometimes, people leave when the opposing is just going to win, make it so if anyone Rage Quitted Immediately, the other team will still have to destroy the wool to win, and the player who left Mid-Game Joins back, he will get the same team as before.

In my own opinion, this won't stop players from stat logging.

we don't care about player stat logging because if their stat logging won't stop us from winning, there is nothing wrong in it.
