VIP can boot other servers if they are manager of that server.

Since VIP can only boot their servers, i think it would be a good idea to let managers on servers with VIP, (Example: zNotRetro on BTOH.) To boot the owners server. I think it would be a good idea because if the owners stressing out because of too many spaces taken up. They wont have to wait anymore.
