^^^ Everyone who down voted this is smoking crack, let me give a better explanation on why we should add this.
Allow players within the Settings Control Panel to modify the max distance a player can render chunks, lowering this setting can greatly server improve performance as the server won't have to load about 10 chunks every time someone travels within your PlayerServer world.
Many servers have this setting lowered so the server wont have much strain put onto it.
