ConditionalCommands is a plugin that will only execute certain commands if certain thresholds are met, for example you can make a command execute if the server is below 16 tps, this would be great for skripts that attempt to deal with lag and this plugin can also be used with AntiCheats to optimize them as much as possible.
Consider adding it, it's a great plugin for newbies and experienced players.
