Disable /guild on playerservers

Sometimes playerservers want to call their own "faction system" Guilds and when you have guilds on CubedCraft taking the /guild command on Playerservers thats just not possible.
Remove /guild from **PlayerServers**

yeah lotsa people had /g for clans etc but can't now ;(
