Hi, so I see alot of people UNBALANCING TEAMS  in Warzone and  TNT-Wars. However I rarely see someone getting punished for this. 
I know staff is really busy with other stuff like catching hackers reading forums (like the one you're reading right now will probaply be seen by staff members) etc. But I'm here to set this topic in the spotlight because it is still against the rules and it keeps happening more often I hope this will ring a bell. 
I hope that you'll do something with this forum and punish / report people doing this.

I've took a break from CubedCraft of a year and even back then this was a thing....

And I also have a question: whats the punishement for unbalancing teams?

I agree, there should be some kind of check to where you can't unbalance teams or it should just entirely be removed.
