I would suggest to add the plugin MCMMO, it's a plugin that tracks all the things you do like: mining, digging, fighting, fishing and lots more. It can get to higher levels with the plugin. Everytime you mine a block or kill a mob you get some EXP in that category. when you get higher level you get special abilitys, like being able to find diaminds while digging in dirt. this plugin is mostly for survival servers.
