Whenever i create a world using MultiVerse, it crashes my ps. I tried it like 15 times.

That happen because you overloading your server with to many worlds or plugins

And worlds being created self it crash
/mvtp {world name}

After testing, You would have to do the following.

Either
-Create a server like mine with superflat creative worlds.

-Remove A LOT of plugins.

You can use /mv delete <world name=""> to delete a world.

Also giving the worlds a small world border may help, if you set it to 10000 blocks most players probably wouldn't ever see the worldborder.</world>

AmazinglyJava's way and Darky's way are probably the best ways

These are free servers and you can't expect too much by creating so many worlds as those worlds take up TONS of space.
