Make a abvetising channel so i can abvertise my server

You may advertise your server every once in a while at #playerservers or in game lobby, I believe you can only advertise once every 15 minutes.

I still think there should be a channel for advertising, and not in #playerservers it just seems more convenient.

I agree with Duck, there is no need for more channels when they're not needed.
